Universal prosperity is a situation in which all members of a political constituency receive an income at or above the prosperity minimum. Universal prosperity is guaranteed by a generous basic income at or above the prosperity minimum. This kind of basic income is called a universal prosperity income.
Definition of Prosperity Minimum
The prosperity minimum is the amount of money or resources needed to allow people to flourish in all areas of their life. It is hard to define the exact prosperity minimum for any specific political constituency.
